I like the humanness of working at Daemon - it's a relatively large company in many ways but small enough that you don't have to deal with a beaurocratic system.
Hi, I'm Sarvanez - I am a facilities Coordinator, we have five focus group rooms at our facility, I manage their hire, staffing, rosters, catering and project management. I look after some aspects of casual staff pays, office management, stationery and much much more. I am based in our offices in Crows Nest, Sydney.
The best part of my role is the autonomy and getting the chance to work with such a young developing company that is so full of energy and hope.
I like the fact that even though it is a big company it is still small enough to have the humanness. The fact that you can contact the company’s big bosses and talk to them if you have any problem, you don’t have to deal with a beaurocratic system.
What can’t I live without? Air, food, travelling at least once a year.
