Responsible for leadership and management, you will be go-to person for implementation. You will take responsibility for keeping the client and Daemon on track. You’ll also know when to raise concerns and get more senior input.
Taking care of the day-to-day client interaction, you’ll be capable of representing our clients to Daemon and Daemon to our clients. Diplomatic and mature, you’ll build strong relationships internally and with your client counterparts.
Flexible, adaptable with a willingness to contribute to Daemon life, you’ll take responsibility for finding ways to make things work. You’ll display resilience and the ability to adjust to change on an ongoing basis. You’ll be passionate about good creative work and have a positive attitude to work and Daemon.
You’ll have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with an ability to succinctly distil and explain complex ideas and concepts. Along with the ability to prepare and present a point of view or assessment of a business situation you’ll be able to clearly describe a position or creative idea and effectively express your opinion.
Project management responsibility coupled with high standards and effective execution in all endeavours are expected as is the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
With sound knowledge of clients’ businesses’ and operations, you’ll understand the organisational structure, culture and politics of the client’s marketing operations and their product portfolio in a competitive environment and have a broad understanding of the client’s business beyond the Daemon portfolio.
You’ll display a clear understanding of Daemon’s objectives and independently operate within Daemon’s processes. Using your understanding of the other client groups within Daemon you’ll generate initiatives and share relevant information.
You’ll have strong analytical skills and be able to identify stakeholders and predict their reactions. You’ll assess what outcomes will result from different scenarios by applying your learning from previous situations.
You’ll be responsible for financial management and have an intimate understanding of financial agreements with clients, contributing to accurate client revenue forecasts. You’ll be able to manage jobs and raise any issue with the appropriate person.
