History
Daemon Group was officially incorporated in September 2002, but did not commence trading until the January of 2003. The offices in Sydney, London and Prague were all opened at this time and the business commenced trading with three full time and one part time employees.
The business was incorporated in Australia, with each of the overseas entities being wholly owned by the Australian Company.
Daemon Group is an integrated communications business and acts on behalf of a wide range of clients, from start up companies to major listed corporate organisations.
The business operates across a range of geographies and is a truly international independent agency.
In February, Daemon Group acquired 2iC Integrated Communications, a Sydney based PR agency with this deal being followed by in May and July of 2007 with the acquisitions of Spinner, a London based design agency and the Australian research agency MRA.
All three businesses have been fully integrated into Daemon Group and continue to add value to staff and clients as part of the wider Group.
