Benefits
In addition to basic remuneration, Daemon Group provides the following non contractual benefits to employees in Australia:
Annual leave
Daemon Group provides all employees with 20 days annual leave per annum, or a pro rata amount for part time positions.
Doona days
We understand that there are just some days when you don’t want to get out of bed to come to work, so twice a year, our staff can call in first thing in the morning and take a doona day, essentially a day when you don’t have to get out of bed if you don’t want to!
Parental leave
Paid maternity leave is provided for 12 weeks at 50% pay or for the non-primary caregiver, 1 week’s leave can be taken at 100% pay. The entitlement to parental leave arises once an employee has completed at least 12 months of continuous service with Daemon Group by the expected date of birth.
Health care
Daemon Group will contribute up to $1,000 gross per annum to offset the cost of membership to a registered private health care scheme.
Supported study programs
We help our team to pursue further education that’s relevant to what they do, by funding up to $1,500 of tuition expenses per calendar year.
Personal support
Daemon Group will contribute up to $250 gross per year towards a personal interest, hobby or gym membership
International mobility
Moving between Daemon Group’s international offices is encouraged.
Employee share ownership and dividend payments
All qualifying Daemon Group staff can participate in an employee share plan. The shares are registered in the name of the trustee of the share plan and held for the benefit of the relevant employees. Employees may be issued shares under the plan as part of their salary package, bonus entitlements or at any other time the Directors of Daemon Group elect.
Employee referral scheme
Good people know other good people. Some of our best employees have been hired through referrals and Daemon Group encourages staff to recommend candidates for opportunities in the Group and will award a $2,000 bonus if your referral accepts an offer and remains employed for at least 90 days.
Gift matching
Daemon Group matches contributions of up to $250 per year from eligible employees to registered charities.
Social daemons
Daemon Group organises a range of great social benefits, for example the annual Daemon Day celebrations as well as champagne and cakes on your birthday or drinks in the office bar.
